Performance Art Stavanger presents an evening of Performance Art centered on the liquidity of human connection - investigating the idea that relations between people are never fixed, but move under pressure from one state to another.

 

Taking water as a point of departure, the participating artists use live actions to explore how relationships are formed, sustained, and undone - treating it not only as material, but as a way of interpreting exchange, acceptance, and responsibility. In response to a world increasingly defined by contrasts of manageable online distance - and dire realities. On Tap asks; what happens when distance collapses? When responsibility is no longer abstract, but immediate. When physical contact and relationship become something to actively negotiate rather than simply observe or swipe past.

 

The two artists contribute with prior individual work in this occasion mutually exchanged to challenge the idea of ownership and commit to exchanges as intent.

 

Performance Days creates an opportunity to gather around live artistic practice. To foster dialogue between artists, audiences and liquid place.
